Our Client Services Assistant is largely responsible for:

  • Scheduling appointments, organizing and preparing files, and completing forms
  • Keeping records current, and initiating and interacting with clients
  • Managing all client service related inquiries
  • Tracking all client audits and maintaining the flow for semi-annual or annual reviews
  • Coordinating with fund companies, dealers, and insurance suppliers as it concerns investment customer service
  • Updating filing and our client relationship management program
  • Accurately processing and following through for all investment transactions

Our Client Services Assistant should have:

  • B.Comm. degree with a Finance Major or direct industry education
  • Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course
  • Labour Sponsored Investment Funds course
  • 5+ years of direct experience
