Pat has been Wiegers Financial & Benefits’ Director of Branch Operations since 1999. She is an incredible and empathetic leader who is passionate about helping each member of our team reach his or her full potential. With multiple proverbial plates constantly spinning, Pat is always on her toes, pivoting with change and demonstrating determination to achieve results. Her success is a mindset; she goes after it, whatever it is.
Pat takes her beloved Golden Retriever, Frankie, for a walk every day as spending time in the great outdoors and getting her 10,000+ steps each day is her commitment to wellbeing. Otherwise, you might just catch Pat in an airport, waiting to connect to an international flight to visit with her daughters and their families. The next things this Mama Bear and Nana needs to learn to master is time travel!
