Wiegers Financial & Benefits welcomed Jaryd in October 2023 as an Insurance Representative. Jaryd spent several years as an Account Manager in the financial planning industry assisting ultra-high net-worth Clients across Canada in high-end insurance and estate planning. Jaryd has a passion for solving client problems, and is respected for his expertise and knowledge in tax and insurance planning for professionals and business owners.
In 2017, Jaryd graduated with a Major in Accounting from the Edwards School of Business (with Distinction). Throughout his university tenure, Jaryd worked as a salesperson for a local window and door company, and was Lead Analyst for the University of Saskatchewan Investment Club.
Jaryd obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant Designation in 2022 and is currently working towards his CFP designation.
Outside of the office, you can find Jaryd staying active playing sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball. During the summer months, Jaryd and his spouse, Sydnie, enjoy spending their time outdoors camping and travelling.
