Group Retirement Administrator

We are seeking a Group Retirement Administrator with a keen attention to detail and strong skills in building relationships and assisting clients. Here’s why we think you might be the next great addition to our team:

  • You’re a stickler for detail and accuracy and an administrative machine
  • Report and file preparation, data entry, booking client appointments, processing documents…you do all of these things with care and attention
  • When you talk to clients, you treat it like you’re building rewarding, long-term relationships. Which you are. We’re in the business of helping people, and you relish your role in making a difference

In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

  • At least three years of financial or benefits industry experience
  • A passion for delivering a positive client experience
  • Great communication skills
  • A commitment to a collaborative team approach
